The screening is set to occur daily at the Command Headquarters on Gwandu Road, starting at 7:00 a.m. This recruitment initiative aims to bolster the state's police force and is part of broader efforts to enhance security across Nigeria.
The announcement was made public by Ahmad Rufa’i, the Police Public Relations Officer in Sokoto. He emphasized that candidates who have successfully registered online must verify their status and print the required documents prior to attending the screening. This organized approach indicates a significant effort by the Sokoto State Police Command to streamline the recruitment process and ensure that prospective candidates are adequately prepared for the exercise.
Candidates are advised to bring various necessary documents to the screening, including their application submission slip, physical screening form, invitation slip, credential screening form, and their National Identity number. This attention to detail is crucial, as it ensures that the recruitment process is efficient and candidates are well-prepared, ultimately aiming at a more effective and robust law enforcement presence in the region.
