Zelensky also noted Ukraine's acute need for specific missiles, particularly PAC-2 and PAC-3 types, and positioned the proposed exchange as mutually beneficial, suggesting that Ukraine's expertise in drone interception could assist their partners while also addressing some of its own defense needs.
