Titan Group has finalized the acquisition of 100% of Traçim Çimento, a company that operates in the greater Istanbul area, recognized as one of the most dynamic cement markets in Turkey. This significant strategic move was first announced on December 11, 2025, highlighting Titan's commitment to expanding its footprint in the region. The acquisition includes a modern cement plant with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tons, serving the rapidly growing local market and providing opportunities for exports to neighboring countries and the United States.

In addition to its existing production capabilities, Traçim holds a license for the establishment of a second production line that will enhance its output capacity by an additional 2.5 million tons. This expansion is set to elevate Traçim's plant to become the largest cement production facility within the Titan Group, addressing the increasing demand for cement in both domestic and international markets.

This acquisition is aligned with Titan's strategic initiative, TITAN Forward 2029, which aims to achieve high performance through accelerated growth and strategic acquisitions, as well as an optimized geographical presence. By acquiring Traçim Çimento, Titan is positioning itself to leverage the booming construction sector in Turkey, ensuring its competitive edge as it continues to expand its operations globally.
