The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad has introduced the Summer Undergraduate Research Exposure (SURE) internship program for the year 2026, aimed at undergraduate students seeking practical experience alongside their academic pursuits. A total of 250 internship positions have been announced under this program, with a significant emphasis on inclusivity, as 100 positions are specifically reserved for female candidates. Interested applicants must hold qualifications in disciplines such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, and can include first-year M.Sc. and M.A. students, as well as second and third-year B.Tech or B.Design students. Additionally, third and fourth-year students enrolled in integrated B.Tech-M.Tech programs are also eligible to apply.
