Woman attempts to use public restroom in park in Paraná and is surprised by a man looking over the cabin

A woman was observed by a man while using a public restroom in Parque do Ingá, leading to his escape after she yelled for help.

In a disturbing incident at Parque do Ingá in Maringá, Paraná, a 20-year-old woman was shocked to discover a man peering over the top of her restroom stall. The incident took place on February 24, while she was at the park engaging in physical activities with her husband. After entering the women's restroom, she noticed the man standing on the toilet in the adjacent stall, defiantly continuing to look at her without attempting to hide his actions.

Upon realizing she was being watched, the woman reacted instinctively and screamed, which prompted the man to flee the scene. Despite attempts by her husband and other park-goers to apprehend him, the suspect managed to escape into a wooded area nearby. Authorities, including the Military Police and the Municipal Guard, were called to the scene to investigate the incident, highlighting concerns regarding public safety in recreational spaces.

This case raises significant implications about the need for increased security measures in public parks, as well as the importance of raising awareness around personal safety while using facilities in shared spaces. Community discussions may initiate calls for better surveillance and policing in these areas to prevent such unsettling occurrences in the future.
