Vectra promotes recognition for workers and contractors of the construction sites
Vectra honored workers and contractors involved in various construction projects in Londrina, Brazil, for their outstanding performance in quality, Lean practices, and safety.
On February 6, Vectra held the 7th Cycle of its Excellence in Construction Program to honor the best-performing teams from construction sites in Londrina, Brazil. The event recognized those who excelled in quality, 5S, Lean methodologies, and safety, showcasing the companyβs commitment to promoting high standards in construction. The awards event included cash prizes, medals, and plaques for each of the winning teams, highlighting their significant contributions to the projects.
Among the winners, the first place was awarded to the Hera team, led by civil engineer Bruno Sakuma, while the Oro team, under civil engineer Victor Hiroshi Kono, secured second place. The Wynn project, managed by civil engineer Wilson de Oliveira Junior, claimed third place. This recognition not only celebrates individual and team efforts but also bolsters team spirit and motivates other workers to pursue excellence in their respective roles within the companyβs various construction sites.
Moreover, in 2026, Vectra initiated the Contractor Ponta Firme Program to honor its construction partners. This move strengthens the relationship between Vectra and its contractors, encouraging better collaboration and higher standards across all projects.
