Qatar's national company, QatarEnergy, has declared 'force majeure' conditions following drone attacks by Iran on liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities. This declaration allows QatarEnergy to suspend contractual supply obligations due to circumstances beyond its control. The attacks targeted two specific sites, including Ras Laffan Industrial City, located approximately 80 kilometers north of Doha, and a water tank at a power station in the Mesaied Industrial City.
