An investment company has acquired a 4.28-hectare plot in Vilnius, currently housing a 'Rimi' store, with plans for future development into a multifunctional urban area.

A significant real estate transaction in Vilnius has occurred, where the investment company 'DIFF Property', controlled by 'Eriado', acquired 100% of the shares of 'BM būstas' from entrepreneur Igor Leontjev's 'Mano turtas'. This move secures a 4.28-hectare land plot located at Linkmenų g. 22, which hosts a rented 'Rimi' store and parking facilities.
