On March 3, at approximately 10:55 AM, a dangerous overtaking maneuver at an intersection in Lithuania led to a collision between a Subaru and a tractor. The incident took place on the Utena–Kaltanėnai–Švenčionys road, where a 63-year-old man was driving the Subaru and attempted to overtake at a point where a tractor was making a left turn. The Subaru struck the rear wheel and trailer of the tractor, which was being operated by a 52-year-old man.

Following the crash, the driver of the Subaru and a female passenger, also 63 years old, sustained injuries and were subsequently examined by medical personnel. After treatment, both individuals were released to recover at home.
