Professor Ursula Ngozi-Akanwa has been inaugurated as the first female Vice Chancellor of the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU), where she expressed her commitment to promoting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's agricultural and educational policies.
