The Arena Show Rural Digital concluded on February 13, marking the 38th edition of the Show Rural Coopavel with the thrilling final of the Hackathon. This event has established itself as the largest agribusiness hackathon in Paraná, achieving record participation and the number of presented demands, which underscores the fair's commitment to innovation and the development of technological solutions for agriculture. The winning team, Feira Fácil, was awarded a trip to explore the innovation ecosystem in Uruguay.
The winning project aimed to enhance the lives of small fish farmers by providing them with a technology solution that allows them to receive all the necessary environmental licenses via their mobile phones. Sandro Ramos, a representative of the winning team, explained that they created an application that enables farmers to send all required documentation through WhatsApp and compile everything directly in the messaging app. This streamlined approach facilitates the process of obtaining licenses, making it significantly simpler for the cooperative involved.
