In São Raimundo Nonato, located about 520 km from Teresina in Brazil, an alligator was spotted outside a hamburger restaurant on the night of Monday, October 2. The incident occurred on Avenida João Dias, also known as Avenida dos Estudantes, where concerned residents captured the surprising moment of the reptile near the restaurant's wall. The alligator's presence raised immediate alarm among the patrons of the establishment.

The 1st Independent Company of Environmental Policing (CIPA) was called to the scene and promptly immobilized the alligator, ensuring the safety of everyone present. The environmental police managed to rescue the animal and later released it at the Onça Dam, located in the same municipality.
