The fire claimed the lives of both parents, aged between 30 and 40, as well as their three children, sparking deep sorrow among local residents. Patrik Räsänen, a witness who lives across the street from the fire site, expressed his profound sadness regarding the incident. He mentioned how shocking the news was and the emotional toll it took on him, particularly with the involvement of young children. Räsänen had a direct view of the apartment building from his home, which made the tragedy even more impactful for him.
