Mystical police murders in Moscow

Several police officers have died under mysterious circumstances in Moscow, with recent investigations attributing some deaths to remote-exploded devices linked to alleged Ukrainian criminal activities.

In recent months, Moscow has seen several police fatalities under unusual and initially unclear circumstances. The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has conducted investigations which revealed that at least three police officers were killed by remote-detonated explosives. This was confirmed by Irina Volk, a spokesperson for the Ministry. The first incident occurred at the end of 2025, resulting in the deaths of two police officers, and a subsequent incident last week claimed another officer's life, both attributed to remote detonation of explosives.

Moreover, Volk indicated that these attacks are believed to involve individuals allegedly urged on by 'Ukrainian criminals'. She warned that specialized Ukrainian services are supposedly exploiting mobile connections, social media, and messaging applications to recruit Russians for criminal acts. This statement reflects a ongoing narrative within Russian state media that portrays Ukraine as a source of criminal provocations against Russian authorities.

As a precautionary measure, Volk advised the public to be wary of offers for quick financial gains coming through messaging apps or calls, suggesting these could be illicit activities or scams. The situation underscores rising tensions and the constantly shifting narrative surrounding the Ukraine-Russia conflict, as accusations continue to be exchanged and presented in the media, revealing a complicated landscape of information warfare alongside physical confrontations.
