Zbigniew Bogucki writes to Waldemar Żurek. It's about the deputies of the Attorney General
Zbigniew Bogucki has raised concerns regarding the legality of the actions taken against four deputy attorneys general in Poland.
Zbigniew Bogucki, the head of the Chancellery of the President of Poland, has publicly addressed the actions surrounding the deputies of the Attorney General, specifically four individuals: Michał Ostrowski, Tomasz Janeczek, Krzysztof Sierak, and Robert Hernanda. In a statement posted on social media, Bogucki shared a letter he had sent to Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek, representing the President Karol Nawrocki. The letter states that the actions taken against some of the deputies, which made it impossible for them to fulfill their roles, were performed without proper legal grounds or formal dismissal, raising serious concerns over their legality.
