In a recent court hearing in Moscow, it was disclosed by Tatjana Stukalova, the representative of Anna Sedokova, that the apartment gifted to her by basketball player Jānis Timma has been sold, and the proceeds have already been spent on family needs. The family lawyer, Margarita Gavrilova, shared a recording of the court session, highlighting that the earnings from the sale of the apartment have been utilized in the last three months without clear documentation of how the money was spent.
During the proceedings, the judge sought to determine the sale price of the apartment, which was valued at 150 million rubles (approximately 1.5 million euros) at the time of purchase, as well as the specific purposes for which the proceeds were used.
