Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has made bold claims that Israel intends to make Pakistan its puppet, articulating that India's involvement in this alleged plan heightens the risks for Pakistan. He warns that a potential Israeli victory could lead to a coalition against Pakistan involving Afghanistan and India, thereby encircling Pakistan with enemies and compromising its security.

Furthermore, Khawaja Asif emphasizes the precarious position of Pakistan, currently in a state resembling an 'open war' with Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. He recalls a recent conflict with India in May 2025, underscoring the existing tensions with its neighbor. The minister highlighted that the region of Baluchistan, which shares a border with Iran, has been a hotspot for decades of insurgency, accentuating the complex security dynamics at play in Pakistan's relationship with its surrounding nations.

Asif's remarks also draw historical connections, as he posted on the social media platform X, alleging that since the formation of Israel in 1948, Zionism has played a direct or indirect role in influencing every conflict affecting the Islamic world.
