The EY Estonia Entrepreneur of the Year gala, taking place on March 12, brings together the most distinguished entrepreneurs in Estonia to honor their contributions and achievements that shape the future of the economy and society. Now in its 18th year, this event recognizes entrepreneurs whose innovation, vision, and commitment have made an extraordinary impact. Last year, the title was awarded to brothers Andreas and Jaak Tiik, whose entrepreneurial spirit and accomplishments have inspired the entire nation.

As part of the gala, finalists for the 2026 title have been announced, including Avery Dylan Schrader from Modash, Madis Tiik from Terviseagentuur, Mihkel Aamer and Martin Sokk from Lightyear, Rolf Steffan Edström from Windak, and Toomas Tammer from Venten. The winner will have the opportunity to represent Estonia at the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year competition in Monaco. The gala will also award lifetime achievement and influencer awards, recognizing significant long-term contributions to Estonian entrepreneurship, with the 2025 lifetime achievement award going to Christin.
