A drunk driver in Greater Natal disobeyed a police stop order, resulting in a car flip, the knocking down of a utility pole, and a temporary power outage affecting approximately 2,700 homes.
In the district of Pium, located in Greater Natal, a driver exhibiting signs of intoxication ignored a police order to stop and attempted to evade law enforcement on the evening of Monday, October 2.
