An investigation into the deaths of five elderly individuals during transport in an ambulance has raised serious concerns about potential foul play involving the driver.
In Bologna, Italy, a disturbing investigation has emerged regarding the deaths of five elderly individuals who died while being transported by an ambulance operated by the Croce Rossa di Forlimpopoli. The incidents began with an 85-year-old woman who suffered a cardiac arrest in November 2025. Following her case, four more suspicious deaths have been reported since February, all involving elderly patients who experienced cardiac failure during their ambulance rides. The shocking timing and circumstances of these deaths have prompted the local prosecutor's office in Forlì to launch an investigation into the ambulance driver, who is suspected of having used lethal substances in the course of his duties.
