The product, manufactured by Addo Play Limited, was sold at prominent retailers including Tesco, M&S, The Entertainer, and Hobbycraft. The OPSS has emphasized the potential health risks associated with the toy, advising consumers to stop using the product immediately and to return it for a refund.
