PPC Group and Georgetown University partner to launch a new university legal entity in Greece
Georgetown University is seeking approval to establish a legal entity in Greece to offer postgraduate programs, in partnership with PPC Group.
Georgetown University, an esteemed academic institution, has applied to Greece's Ministry of Education to create a legal entity that will facilitate the offering of postgraduate programs in the country. This move marks a significant step for the university as it enhances its international presence and influence in the region. PPC Group has partnered with Georgetown as the sole collaborator, serving as an enabler for this educational initiative that promises to introduce high-quality academic offerings to Greece.
The proposed programs set to begin in the academic year 2026-2027 include the Executive Masterβs in Leadership, which will be provided through Georgetown's McDonough School of Business. Additionally, there are plans to introduce the M.S. in Environment and Sustainability Management, reflecting a commitment to addressing pressing global challenges through specialized education. These programs are designed to cater to professionals looking to enhance their skills in leadership and sustainability management.
As the initiative awaits necessary approvals from the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, the partnership between Georgetown University and PPC Group signifies a strategic collaboration that not only promises to enrich the academic landscape in Greece but also aligns with the university's mission to prepare graduates to tackle critical issues in various fields, including policy, law, and global affairs.
