BrewDog, a prominent Scottish craft beer company, has announced the closure of 38 bars across the UK, leading to the job loss of 484 employees. This decision comes after the company was not included in a £33 million rescue deal facilitated by Tilray, a US firm acting as the company's administrators. As part of this restructuring effort, BrewDog has been working with consultants from AlixPartners to manage the sale process and announced these closures as it anticipates new ownership for the remaining bars.
