Rômulo Silva Rodrigues, known as 'Cabo Rominho' and the vice mayor of Ubá, Brazil, faces a personal tragedy as his home was condemned following a devastating storm that hit the city. The storm resulted in the displacement of 4,480 individuals, including Rodrigues and his family, who lost their long-term residence due to structural damage.
