This perspective highlights the interactions and contexts involved, making it clear that behavior does not occur in isolation but is influenced by relationships, past experiences, trauma, group dynamics, environment, and adults' actions. The neglect of these factors is argued to perpetuate negative behavior patterns and increase suffering among children.

From March 2 to March 8, Latvia will host the sixth Children’s Mental Health Week titled "Talk to Me", aimed at educating parents and caregivers about children's mental health. This initiative seeks to inform about available resources and support options for children struggling with mental health issues in Latvia. The campaign, organized by the association "Debesmanna", will feature free online events conducted through their Facebook and Instagram platforms.

The focus of the "Talk to Me" week aligns with the identified need to address behavioral challenges in educational settings, urging parents and educators to pursue a more holistic approach to understanding and addressing children's conduct in the classroom.
