Claudio Wertheim, an architect, and Virginia Ortiz, a designer, are collaborating on a project for the Experiencia Living Remeros Beach 2026. During the day, the space is designed to be sober and delicate, suited for a successful woman in her 40s, but as night falls, it becomes a vibrant gaming station.

Wertheim shares his enthusiasm for taking on challenges outside his experience, noting that previous projects have taught him a lot about different fields, such as designing a factory for water pipe manufacturing. He applies similar principles of understanding user engagement and functionality to the apartment design, showcasing his versatility and creative approach. His partnership with Ortiz at Estudio WOW is aimed at presenting a unique living space that reflects the dualities of modern life.
