Bus Services in Dachau: Express Buses to Pasing with a New Schedule

The bus schedules for express lines X731, X732, and X733 from Pasing to Dachau are being moved earlier due to construction affecting the Paartalbahn train service.

Starting in March, bus commuters between Pasing and the western district of Dachau will need to adjust to new early departure times for express bus lines X731, X732, and X733, as announced by the Dachau district office. This change comes as a result of a new construction schedule for the Paartalbahn (RB 13) train line, which connects Augsburg to Ingolstadt and is expected to remain in effect until the timetable change in December. While the bus routes heading towards Erdweg, Dasing, and Egenhofen will see earlier departures, the schedule heading towards Pasing will remain the same.

The adjustments will have a direct impact on the X731 line, which will leave Pasing and all other stops two minutes earlier, allowing for better connections with the S2 train at Erdweg station. Similarly, the X732 line will depart seven minutes earlier, while the X733 line will see general early departures of two minutes from Pasing and along its route except for Monday trips. These changes are part of ongoing efforts to optimize public transport connections amid construction work in the region, highlighting the coordination necessary between bus and train services.

Overall, these adjustments underscore the challenges faced by local transit authorities in maintaining efficient services while accommodating necessary infrastructure improvements. Commuters are advised to check the new schedules to avoid any inconvenience during their travels.
