Qatar announces 8 injuries and 114 reports of debris after Iranian attack

Qatar has reported 8 injuries and 114 incidents of debris following an Iranian attack, assuring that the security situation remains stable.

Qatari authorities have confirmed that the security situation in the nation is stable following an Iranian attack that resulted in 8 injuries and 114 reports of falling debris across various regions. In a press conference held in Doha, officials highlighted the effectiveness and speed of the national response, which involved coordination among the Interior, Defense, and Foreign Ministries.

During the press conference, Major General Abdullah Khalifa Al-Muftah from the Ministry of Interior detailed how the specialized teams responded to reports of debris in northern, southern, central, and western areas of the country. Of the 8 injured, 4 are hospitalized with one serious injury, while the others have been treated and discharged. He also mentioned that the incident caused material damage to both public and private properties.

The Interior Ministry initiated an integrated field and operational response immediately after the attack to maintain public safety and community well-being. Al-Muftah indicated that the ministry issued several public statements and warning messages to ensure citizens were well-informed and safe, emphasizing the importance of community vigilance and preparedness in the wake of such incidents.
