Maeil Dairies has announced the successful conclusion of its '2025 Absolute Heart Meal Campaign,' aimed at supporting children with congenital metabolic disorders and their families, just before World Rare Disease Day. The campaign focused on raising awareness about congenital metabolic disorders while providing practical assistance to families affected by these conditions. In collaboration with the design fabric brand 'Kitty Bunny Pony,' Maeil created merchandise including the 'Heart Meal Happy Bunny Pouch,' the sales of which helped fund their charitable activities. The goods went on sale on December 15 of the previous year and sold out quickly in the first week of January.

The 'Heart Meal Box' was developed and delivered to families in February, filled with toys and backpacks tailored for different age groups, alongside Maeil's organic beverages, which are safe for children with dietary restrictions. Designed to bring joy to these children, who often live under stringent dietary limitations, the Heart Meal Box aims to create unforgettable memories while also addressing the social isolation that these children might experience due to their health conditions. Since 2013, Maeil Dairies has maintained public benefit campaigns for these children and has been utilizing the profits from the sales of Heart Meal campaign merchandise to provide gift support since 2018.

A representative from Maeil Dairies expressed gratitude to those who purchased the Heart Meal merchandise, emphasizing that these contributions enabled them to bring small moments of happiness to these children. As the campaign concludes on the last day of February, which is recognized as 'Rare Disease Day,' the hope is that families with children facing congenital metabolic disorders will feel the support and attention of society on this significant day, reinforcing their resolve in the face of adversity.
