Open Air Brasil has released its full lineup for the 2026 season in Rio de Janeiro, featuring film premieres and live shows.
Open Air Brasil has unveiled its complete 2026 schedule, set to take place from March 25 to April 11 at the Jockey Club Brasileiro in Rio de Janeiro. This annual event will showcase a variety of films, including pre-releases, box-office hits, Oscar-nominated productions, and classic films, screened on an impressive 325m² big screen, equivalent to the size of a tennis court.
The event will kick off with the pre-premiere of 'Pequenas Criaturas' by Anne Pinheiro Guimarães on March 25, accompanied by the short film 'O Pai da Rainha de Angola'. Following the opening night, attendees can look forward to a packed schedule featuring notable films such as 'O Agente Secreto' directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho, along with live performances, including a show by the band Academia da Berlinda.
Throughout the festival, film enthusiasts will have the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of cinematic experiences, culminating in a celebration of both new and classic works.
