Amber alert issued in Winnipeg over toddler ‘taken’ from home

Winnipeg police have issued an Amber Alert for two-year-old William Ettawacappo, who was allegedly taken from his home following a dispute with his biological mother.

The Winnipeg police have launched an Amber Alert for William Ettawacappo, a two-year-old boy believed to have been taken from his home on Chesterfield Ave. Authorities report that William was last seen wrapped in a dark blue and light blue blanket, and it is suspected that he is with Caitlin Monkman and/or Kineisha Jawbone. The situation escalated after a dispute with his biological mother, prompting the urgent alert to be issued just after 1 p.m. on a Friday.

Descriptions of the two women believed to be with William have been provided by the police. Caitlin Monkman, aged 30, is noted to be approximately 5'8
