Two Norwegians Caught - Ban in Lahti

Two Norwegian ski jumpers were disqualified from a qualifying competition due to violating equipment rules and will miss the upcoming event in Lahti.

In a recent development in sports, two Norwegian ski jumpers, Andreas Langmo and Benjamin Østvold, faced disciplinary action in a qualifying event held in Kulm, Austria. Both athletes were disqualified for using prohibited jumping suits, which led to their inability to participate in the ski jumping competition scheduled for the following day. Langmo failed the equipment inspection and was not allowed to compete at all, while Østvold initially passed but was disqualified after a secondary inspection at the bottom of the jump.
