A Swedish naval vessel observed and intercepted a drone approximately 13 km from the French aircraft carrier 'Charles de Gaulle'. Swedish Defense Minister Pal Jonsson suggested that the drone was likely Russian, coinciding with the presence of a Russian warship nearby at the time. French officials, including the head of diplomatic services Jean-Nicolas Barrot, emphasized that the drone posed no genuine threat to the aircraft carrier, stating it was neutralized well before it became a concern for the vessel or its crew.
