According to a report by CAS projecting trends for 2025, entrepreneurs consider negotiations as the most effective means of dispute resolution, favored by 83% of respondents, followed by mediation at 55%. Courts are seen as a less favorable option with only 13% identifying them as effective, as they typically handle the most complex disputes that cannot be resolved through other means.
