On the evening of the 27th, a significant glitch hit Toss Securities, leading to a misrepresentation of the cash order amount available for trading. The error lasted for about 31 minutes, from 8:17 PM to 8:48 PM, affecting both the mobile trading system and the web trading system. Users reported discrepancies as high as 200,000 won being shown in accounts that were supposed to display zero, alongside other figures that deviated by as much as 4 million won from their actual balance. The trading systems, according to Toss, did not experience notable interruptions in order placement, although the means to check balances were inadequate during this period.
