Cecília Flesch's videocast RivoNews is set to become part of the streaming portfolio of RBS, a Globo affiliate in Rio Grande do Sul, beginning in March. This addition will not only feature RivoNews but also include RivoTalks and Rivo18+, all of which are hosted by Flesch alongside Gabriel Sant'Ana Wainer and Manuela Musitano. These programs emerged in 2023 after Flesch was dismissed from GloboNews, shortly after a podcast appearance where she referred to the work environment of journalists at Globo as 'RivoNews,' in a nod to the anxiolytic Rivotril, underlining the stress associated with the job.

Following her dismissal, Flesch trademarked the RivoNews brand and quickly launched the videocast. Currently, all three shows fall under the umbrella of RivoStudio, which has allowed her to maintain a presence in the Brazilian media landscape despite the challenges. In her own words, Flesch expressed a sense of optimism about this new phase, stating that after two years of organic growth and hard work, she sees this partnership as an opportunity to leverage support from seasoned media professionals who believe in innovative ways to create content. This collaboration emphasizes a shift towards newer media formats and reflects a changing landscape in consumption of journalistic content in Brazil.
