Newlligton Edmar Santos Xavier, a 29-year-old hairdresser, was fatally stabbed in the neck following a disagreement that arose during a casual encounter with a 21-year-old man in Montes Claros, Brazil, on February 9. The local police reported that the suspect attacked Xavier after they engaged in sexual relations.
