On Wednesday, law enforcement in Germany executed extensive searches in the Ebersberg, Erding, and Freising districts as part of an ongoing investigation into child pornography possession. Approximately 30 officers participated in the operation coordinated by the Erding Criminal Police, with the searches commencing in the evening and continuing into the night. The individuals under investigation are described as men and male youths aged between 15 and 56 years.

During these searches, significant evidence was discovered and secured at the residences of the suspects. The police report indicates that the evidence primarily consists of storage media, personal computers, tablets, and mobile phones. In total, 151 data storage devices were seized, which will now undergo a thorough examination for child and youth pornography content. The sheer volume of data is expected to prolong the analysis process, underscoring the serious nature of the allegations.
