On Thursday, a significant rainfall event led to flooding in several neighborhoods in Três Rios, Rio de Janeiro, accumulating around 101 millimeters of rain within 24 hours. The neighborhood of Vila Isabel was reported as the most affected by the storm, while other areas including Palmital, Jaqueira, and Vila Nova also experienced flooding and disturbances. Despite the severe weather, the Civil Defense reported that emergency responses were manageable, with no immediate need for evacuations.
