The Polish Ministry of National Defence (MON) has announced plans to assist PKP Cargo in acquiring new railway rolling stock, including diesel locomotives, six-axle wagons, and platforms designed for transporting heavy military equipment. The projected budget for this initiative is 400 million PLN, with ambitions to procure 20 locomotives and approximately 280 heavy-duty, six-axle platforms.
