In the final, Panathinaikos will face the Italian team Megabox Vallefoglia, who also qualified after defeating the Hungarian team Kaposvári with two victories. The first match of the final series is scheduled for March 11, to be hosted by Vallefoglia, and the return leg will take place a week later in Athens.
