The rain, which accumulated 50 millimeters in just 25 minutes, resulted in several areas of the city, particularly around the Neblina creek, becoming submerged, disrupting traffic. Around noon, emergency responders were called to assist stranded motorists, highlighting the impact of the flooding on local transportation.
