The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has conducted a comprehensive testing of telecom services in New Delhi, unveiling results that may surprise many users. According to the results, Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea excelled with a 100% call setup success rate, followed closely by Reliance Jio at 99.22%. In contrast, MTNL lagged significantly behind with an 82.82% success rate in voice performance standards. This evaluation also examined performance across multiple generations of mobile technology including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, reflecting user experiences across different handsets.
