Apple is expanding its operations in India by leasing a luxurious office space in Bengaluru for ₹2.84 crore per month.

Apple has announced its expansion in India by leasing a new office space in Bengaluru for a total of ₹2.84 crore per month, marking a significant investment in the region. The tech giant has secured an impressive 121,203 square feet of workspace in the Embassy Zenith commercial office tower, committing to a 10-year lease. Following this deal, Apple's overall space usage in the building now totals 389,000 square feet.

According to documents obtained by real estate analytics firm Propstack, the total lease agreement sums up to approximately ₹1,333 crore over the entirety of the 10-year term, showcasing Apple's long-term commitment to its operations in India. The leased area spans from the ground floor to the fourth floor of the building, indicating a substantial footprint in one of Bengaluru's key commercial properties.

As part of the leasing agreement, Apple has also submitted a security deposit of ₹14.24 crore, with the lease officially starting on September 25, 2025. This expansion aligns with the company's broader strategy to enhance its presence in emerging markets, such as India, which is crucial for its growth and competitive advantage in the technology sector.
