Accolade is working on an offer for Polish investors

Accolade, a Czech group, is developing an investment fund for Polish investors to access commercial real estate.

Accolade, a Czech-based company specializing in the development of income-producing industrial and warehouse properties across Europe, is currently working on an investment offering specifically for Polish investors. This comes as there is a gap in the Polish market, where collective investment instruments in commercial real estate are lacking, particularly as many domestic investors have shown increasing interest in such opportunities. The Accolade Industrial Fund primarily sources its capital from Czech and Slovak investors, where the culture of investing in these types of products is notably strong.

In the middle of last year, Accolade initiated preparations to establish a fund that satisfies the specific needs and preferences of Polish investors. The company is navigating the local investment landscape to provide options that enhance accessibility for Polish capital, which is significant given the anticipated growth in domestic investment flows in the real estate sector. The anticipated fund aims to fill the void for investors who have been seeking collective investment opportunities in commercial real estate in Poland.

The leadership of the project has seen the appointment of experienced professionals, including Małgorzata Sablińska as the Director of Business Development and Capital Acquisition, who brings over 20 years of experience from the investment funds sector, including her tenure at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Additionally, Aleksandra Darczuk has been appointed as the Operational Manager, taking charge of the fund's operational management. Together, they are expected to drive the fund's development in alignment with the growing interest among Polish investors toward industrial and commercial real estate investments.
