During today’s meeting of the City Assembly of Zagreb, one of the key issues on the agenda is a proposal by Mayor Tomislav Tomašević to initiate a constitutional lawsuit against the Government of the Republic of Croatia regarding the welcome organized for the national handball team. This proposal also includes assessing the constitutionality of the Spatial Planning Act. The attention is particularly focused on points 14 and 15 of the agenda, which involve obtaining consent for filing the lawsuit against the government, reflecting political tensions over local governance.
