Czech Defense Minister Jaromír Zůna announced that the review of crisis legislation, the development of air defense systems, and the protection of critical infrastructure are emerging as paramount security priorities for the state. This announcement was made during a commanders' assembly, where Zůna stated that these priorities align with the government's program declaration to ensure the safety of the state, the stability of public finances, and the capability to protect citizens in crises. Furthermore, Zůna expressed a desire for future evaluations to focus on important aspects of military development, intending to shift away from a general overview towards a more detailed assessment of critical processes. This shift aims to enhance the effectiveness of the military’s strategic planning and capabilities in light of growing security challenges.
