Kaja Kallas, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, has announced significant measures aimed at curtailing Russian influence within the European Union. Following a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, Kallas stated that the EU would limit the size of the Russian diplomatic mission to just 40 members.
