Recent surveillance footage has emerged showing three cyclists just one minute before they were struck in a tragic accident on RS-115 road. The incident, which occurred in Três Coroas, a city in the Metropolitan Region of Porto Alegre, left two friends, Clarissa Felipetti and Fernanda Mikaella, dead on the spot. The cycling trip was part of a longer journey that spanned approximately 100 kilometers, and Clarissa's husband, Isac Emanuel Ribeiro da Silva, was also part of the group, suffering severe injuries in the incident. He is currently hospitalized in intensive care.

The investigation into the accident has led to the identification and apprehension of the driver involved, José Carlos Almeida Bessa, who fled the scene without assisting the victims. He was later located at his home after dropping the vehicle's license plate during the collision. Authorities have arrested him preventively as investigations continue, and his defense team claims they will cooperate fully to clarify the details surrounding the incident.
