Police arrested three individuals and seized drugs and trafficking-related materials in the São Cristóvão neighborhood of Santarém, Brazil.
In a police operation carried out by the Environmental Military Police, three individuals were apprehended on Monday morning, September 23, in the São Cristóvão neighborhood of Santarém, located in western Pará, Brazil. This follow-up occurred following police observations of suspected drug transactions taking place in public. At approximately 10:20 AM, officers approached two men believed to be involved in the drug trade, which led to a thorough search.
During the search, police recovered several illegal substances, including a total of 26.7g, 5.6g, and 27.1g of what appeared to be 'oxi,' as well as 2.8g of a substance resembling base paste, and 48g of powder suspected to be cocaine. Additionally, the officers confiscated small amounts of marijuana weighing 18.6g and 1.5g. Alongside the drugs, the police seized eight cell phones, two precision scales, and other materials typically associated with drug trafficking, indicating a significant bust in local illicit drug activities.
